She is educated as a “systemic” consultant, scientist, and coach, and employs her expertise in the fields of Global Leadership and Global Coaching for international organizations and universities since 1996.
Dr. Marte did research at the Private University Witten/Herdecke (Germany), at the MIT Sloan School of Management (USA), and at the University of Zurich (Switzerland).
